Chicken Tikka, Malai Chicken, Hariyali Chicken, Tandoori Shrimp — each marinated and fired in the clay oven until charred at the edges and tender through.
Chef Amar Suryavanshi
Chef Suryavanshi trained at the Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, spent five years at Le Meridien Pune, and relocated to the U.S. in 2008. Biryani and grilled Indian cuisine remain his defining specialties.
